We perform complete HAZMAT remediation, demolition, and site restoration for Government projects.
We have done demolition and site restoration projects on Yorktown Naval Weapons Center (790,000 SF building demolition, 20 acres), Fort Belvoir, Langley AFB, Indian Head Naval Weapons Station, Fort Myer, Quantico Marine Base, Maryland National Guard, Dahlgren Naval Weapons Station, Defense Supply Center Richmond, NOB Shipyard, Ft. Eustis, Camp Peary, NIH, Washington Navy Ship Yard, Anacostia Annex, Andrews AFB, Bolling AFB and Dulles Airport. These projects ranged in value from $10,000 up to $6,600,000.
We are up to date on all government safety standards and practices. We also specialize in multi-phase military housing.
We own a large fleet of equipment which allows us to perform projects more cost effectively as well. We understand that government projects, as with most other projects, run on a very tight schedule and budget and we can meet those challenges and have done so successfully over the years.
We have done work for the United States Air Force, the United States Navy, the Army Corp of Engineers as well as numerous other government entities. We have experience in projects ranging over long time spans and have staffing flexibility to accommodate multi-year phasing and the ever changing schedules that these long projects can require.
